Our process takes two business days to complete. When we finish, we will call you with the results, answer any questions and talk through your decision as much as you need. We do the research, and the landlord makes the decision.

When your unit comes available, send a prospective tenant into our office to fill out an application or send our online application to the prospective tenant. To complete the application the tenant will need to provide their government issued ID and their most recent 30 days of pay stubs. Once we receive the application, we will do our work and give you a call.

Our fee is $50 per adult screened.
