We receive applications in person at our office (811 W Yakima Ave, Suite 102) or through our on-line application. When submitting a screening please ensure we receive a completed application, a photo of all the applicants’ driver’s licenses, and a copy of the applicants’ past two pay stubs. Be sure to include the past two landlord phone numbers and the applicant’s current employment contact information.

We have a team of skilled
and experienced process servers who serve both
Yakima and Kittitas
County.
We do have rush rates, in which we can complete a legal
serve
within 24 hours of receiving the documents.
For our standard rate, we
commit to attempting our first attempt within 48 hours
of receiving the order. We will attempt three times in no
less than two days at three
different times of day. We do speak to neighbors and others
around to gain information
to make a successful serve. If on our third attempt, we gain
information that leads us to believe
we will successfully complete the service on the 4th
attempt, we will make the 4th attempt.
If we do not gain this information, we will ask our client
for more information.
